Jodee R. Dietzenbach

I am an attorney specializing in Social Security disability and Veterans disability cases. I am a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA), the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, the Dubuque County Bar Association, and the Iowa State Bar Association.

I am an Iowa native. I was born and raised in Farnhamville, Iowa. I attended the University of Northern Iowa where I graduated magna cum laude and received a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology with a minor in Chemistry. I received a Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law. I also received a Certificate of Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Werner Institute.

My husband and I are the proud recipients of the Excellence in Service Award from Iowa Legal Aid. We received this award in recognition of our outstanding service to low-income Iowans and Iowa Legal Aid.

Thad J. Murphy

I am a Social Security disability attorney who helps people involved in Social Security disability cases as well as veteran’s disability cases. I am a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA).

An Iowa native, I received a Bachelor of Arts from Grinnell College in 1996. I received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law graduating with distinction in 2000. I am admitted to the Iowa Bar, the Illinois Bar, the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa Federal Court, the Central District of Illinois Federal Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I am a member of the Dubuque County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.

I earned a Juris Doctor degree from Drake University Law School in May, 2001, and a Bachelors of the Arts Degree from Mount Mercy College in 1998. I am licensed by the Iowa Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.

I married my wife Casey while I was in law school. We have one daughter, Peyton.
